SELF-INTEREST LIMITS POSITIVE CHANGE.
We need a higher level of global consciousness. This would improve the overall quality of life on our planet. More importantly, a higher collective consciousness would ensure humanity’s survival! But how do we raise the collective awareness of all mankind? This seems like a daunting task!
Currently, this global challenge seems to be beyond our capacity. We overcome the self-interest of individuals, religions, corporations and countries. The required transformation must transcend cultural, political & ideological differences. But it must also lovingly encompass all these different communities.
To create permanent change, the strategy must be positive, inclusive and in-tune with the current energy dynamic. Prior attempts have stalled. So how can we achieve this global transformation in practice?
THE OLD WAY IS A GLOBAL CONTROL SYSTEM!
One strategy is to impose more control through global governance. This would enforce the desired outcome. Politicians have used terms like ‘New World Order’ to describe this form of global government. This would be achieved by merging various trade & power blocks around the world. These control programs are ‘top down’ or regulatory approaches. They are usually financed by some form of global taxation or levy.
CONTROL SCHEMES ARE AUTOCRATIC.
The old ‘top down’ plans have been met with considerable resistance, delay & defection. There has been considerable protest in some countries and even open revolt in the streets. Some countries have either opted out or offered only limited compliance. Resistance is only likely to intensify.
The much-needed level of global change is not likely to be achieved by regulation, taxation and control. These are top-down global control methods. Resistance to this is not just a disagreement or discord between nations. There is an energetic or existential resistance as well. This is opposing its success.
The old ways of mass control are not compatible with new global energies. This incompatibility will only worsen with time as collective consciousness rises! The higher our global consciousness, the less likely that global control systems will be accepted. Any control scheme is energetically doomed to fail because they are draconian in their approach.
WE NEED AN INCLUSIVE & WHOLISTIC APPROACH.
We need another way, a new way! One that is compatible with the new global spirit & future energetic trends. We need a strategy whose intent is inclusive & empowering. It cannot be controlling, divisive or harshly punitive. The correct strategy will involve every individual as an equally important contributor to the overall global change.
The successful strategy will be a heart-based and heart-driven approach. Every individual will contribute their positive intent, rather than their personal submission. It will involve a free-flowing holistic union, rather than extrinsically imposed control & conformity.

THE BEST SOLUTIONS ARE FROM CONSCIOUSNESS.
Long-term solutions must be flexible & energetically compatible. They will enable humanity to finally blossom! Each component will slowly evolve and organically interconnect. They will synergistically build upon the previous levels. This collaborative solution will spontaneously evolve from a rising global consciousness.
Each individual will contribute according to their level of consciousness. Only a planetary collective of higher consciousness can enable this new era of cooperation & peace. This represents a paradigm shift in awareness & human consciousness.
INDIVIDUALS RAISE GLOBAL CONSCIOUSNESS.
The task of raising global consciousness might seem overwhelming. Even just raising just ONE individual’s awareness is complex enough. But both the individual and global challenges are very closely related. The global outcome will be the sum of all the individual personal intent! This will result in a synergy of ideas and approaches from individuals. Let’s now consider this further.
The global responsibility is carried equally by every individual. It is everyone’s role & responsibility to contribute their individual energy & best intent. They contribute their awareness, consciousness & ability to the collective. Each person will aim to use their natural gifts and talents. They do this as a source of personal joy and as a service to others. This brings the collective more benefit and joy. The result is beneficial to all.

This mindset of ‘contributing consciously’ should become the global narrative. This is more than just being mindful of our purchase choices and our waste. We become more mindful of our every action. We use our personal autonomy to decide whether our decisions are beneficial to our personal & collective planetary wellbeing. We have previously explained the principles of personal growth & inner development. But how does this transformation work on a global scale? As explained before, each of us interfaces with and influences many others. This can be in person or indirectly through our actions. We also have unique talents and capacity that we can contribute.
Each personal interaction, or failure to contribute, spreads outwards like a ‘ripple’ effect. Each person influences many others, who in turn modify and propagate this effect. This is the incredible power of human connection! This connectivity occurs on a physical, social and energetic level.

Significant synergy can occur when multiple inspired actions combine. As each individual grows in consciousness, the global effect will escalate even faster. So, it’s possible for global realization to occur very quickly, within a few years! We have already started this process.
