DON’T FORCE THE PROCESS.
We must really want to know, but without any sense of urgency or pressure. We must be motivated and engaged to start that deep inner process. We must ‘do the work’ as the saying goes! But we can’t force the process either! It must come naturally and spontaneously. Don’t judge what comes up either.
GO DEEPER THAN JUST AN INTELLECTUAL ENQUIRY.
If we don’t engage deeply, we just get a clever intellectual answer from our Ego. That is just an intellectual quest, not our Ultimate Quest. For that we have to go much deeper than just an intellectual enquiry!
