Let’s explain quiet contemplation in more detail. First, find a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed and just relax. Remain silent and still. Dim the lights or close your eyes gently. Relax your body and quieten your mind, as much as you can.
Quiet contemplation is different from just thinking. The goal is to slow down your thoughts until they almost stop. It’s important to keep the question you are focussing on away from your Ego. This can initially be quite difficult. So be patient and gentle with yourself. It can take practice to master. Allow at least 10 minutes for each contemplation session.

Try to be open-minded and welcome any answers that surface. Remember, no -pressure! Gently invite any insight or realization to rise. The insight will come from the gaps between your thoughts. Don’t feel any sense of urgency or judgement!
Just allow any intuitive or heartfelt knowing to rise to the surface, when it is ready!
