Another month’s gone and life continues to grow towards what you want to achieve or the other way round.
Did you set a goal early this year? Well, did you get what you want by now after so many months of working hard for it? Apparently, most people don’t and that’s the problem with setting goals.
We cannot be setting goals with the intention of trying to get what we want because that will become a chasing game which will wear you out. Maybe not for you, but I know I will when I’m chasing ’something’. The goal must be a part of us — to become who you want and where you want to be mentally and physically.
Your goals must be something that you achieve internally so that you can see it, taste it, smell it and feel it.
Wealth. Love. Connection. Knowledge. Experience.
If you were to think what success is, it drills down to being happy.
I’m not trying to be a personal self improvement guru here but to stress the statement how we make our lives complicated without understanding the true purpose of our action. Life doesn’t have to be that way.
There are a few things I’ve learned from my life and I’m glad to share them with you today…
i. Your mind attracts what you want. This year, I have my fair share of enjoying successes and experiencing setbacks in life. And when I sit back to think about it, they come in ’sequences’. Once I’ve gained success, I’ll have the momentum to get another one. When I failed and stay in that state, another failure will come again. I don’t know, some called it Law of Attraction. To me, I strongly believe that you get what you want based on what your mind thinks because it ‘attracts’.
ii. There’s one time Grandma falls sick and stayed in the hospital for a week. When I visited her in the hospital, I felt blessed that she’s still in this beautiful world. Although it’s nothing critical, but my heart tells me one thing- nothing in this world will give me the same love and relationship I have with her.
There are only 2 factors that will remove your love with someone you care about- when he/she is no longer here or you have ignored the love you have today for something that is less valuable but perceived to be valuable. Let me warn you– once you lose them, you lose them. You should know who to call, hug or kiss by now.
iii. Know your roots. If you’re successful today, you’re probably once a ‘nobody’. Always be humble because it will give you more success in times to come. Knowing your roots also means remembering those who have supported you when you’re growing and stayed by your side through thin and thickness. You can master all kinds of personal improvement course out there, but I think it’s useless if you’re an arrogant person and not being respected.
iv. Explore life like there’s no ending. Listen to new music. Visit new places. Play new sports. Meet new people. And an endless list of things you can do regardless of whether you’re wealthy or not. Always remember this– money doesn’t stop you from exploring life because there are easily hundreds of things you can do with what you have today.
v. Life is great. You have a wonderful life whether you want to admit it or not. There are people sleeping on the streets today, begging for food and so on. Because you’re reading this, you’re under a roof and are an educated person. You have eyes to read and a wonderful brain to think. For that, life is already wonderful. The rest that you got, are bonuses. Some might complain about being financially broke. You can be broke but you can never be poor because being broke is a temporarily state that can be changed.

Think Right and change your future
Filed under Self DevelopmentJan 4Human beings have an amazing Power attached to their thoughts. Think about it. You have amazing POWER connected to your THOUGHTS. Let me rephrase it: Your have energy connected to your power of thinking. Now that I’ve informed you of this, do you instinctively worry about those thoughts that run endlessly through your head? What about that “babbling voice” that lives somewhere inside you? And, you know it drives millions of people to see their therapists every week. When you search for it - it calls out to you: “Voice? Voice? What voice? I don’t hear any voice?” THAT’S YOUR BABBLING VOICE.
It’s important to take a look at your own self image. Your self image is the result of your own thinking. If you want to change you must admit the need to change and then move on. The THINKRIGHT program by Dr. Jay Polmar, will cause the changed needed in your own self image.
How’s your own self image. Self image is the result of your own thinking, positive or negative - or wrong or right, if you want. If you want to change, you’ll just have to admit that you need the change and then make the change. The THINKRIGHT program by Dr. Jay Polmar will cause the change needed in you, by just thinking.
Without personal involvement and personal direction in life - FATE wins, and life sucks. Are you willing to get totally involved with your life? When you get totally involved, you get what you want in life and it’s a quality life. Fear of changing is a big restriction for so many people. Those people don’t realize that to change means to grow - and to evolve into being a higher form of being. Will you say that to yourself: “I must change, I will change, and I am changing”?
Give yourself the opportunities to change yourself. If you want to be a winner in the game of life you have to listen to your insights and intuition. These aren’t the only ways to achieve, but they are the easiest. Winners listen to their inner voice of wisdom and not the babbling voice of fear. Those who cannot hear the voice because of their uncontrolled babbling idiot voice running endless negative thought programs, drift aimlessly through life in a sea of fear and doubt. Don’t be lost drifting in that sea of fear; learn how to THINKRIGHT and find yourself a true winner in life.

Achieve Great Results In Your Life
Filed under Self DevelopmentJan 2Its hard to admit, but the biggest obstacle we have with change is ourselves. We set up roadblocks and resistance to letting go of things that no longer serve us or cling tightly to past behaviors and mindsets because we are scared to let go. Embracing change requires something more than going through the motions.
It requires us to get out of our own way and let things happen. This process is by no means easy. A new habit is often uncomfortable and sometimes even painful. Thinking differently requires more mental effort than we are used to setting forth. Most of our thoughts and actions are on auto-pilot. We cycle through the same basic day over and over again.
We get up, eat breakfast, go to work, drive home, eat dinner, watch a little t.v. and then hop into bed and do it again the next day. If we are not careful, months and years slip through our fingers and we never really change anything in our lives. Real change requires us to look at our habits: both thought-habits and action-habits one by one.
We need to pick out habits that are not really doing anything to advance our lives and change them. Watching hours of t.v. is a a great example. All that time could be spent on learning new skills, taking a class or working on a business idea. While everyone watches some t.v. to decompress, this habit can quickly suck up a lot of time that can be put to better use.
I am sure you have heard that it takes 30 days to form a new habit. The key to forming a new habit is to make room for it in your life. If you want to spend more time at the gym you have to clear some time in your schedule and set up no fail systems to see that new habit through. A no fail system would be to leave something you need everyday at the gym so that you have to go there to pick it up the next day. Maybe a work project or your cell phone. No matter what you will drive back to the gym to get it. Hopefully, while youre there you will get in a workout.
Most of the problems with new habits comes in when we try to fight back against change because we are uncomfortable with it. Our minds and bodies like the old routine. It feels unnatural to do new actions or think new thoughts. This uncomfortable feeling goes away after time. Each day you exercise the new habit is a point in that category. It becomes stronger and the pull of the new action calls to you to continue it.
You have to let yourself feel the uncomfortable feelings and go through the process of change. To really make things happen you need to get to the point where you kind of like that uncomfortable feeling and you embrace it. That feeling lets you know that you are on to something and that your goal is on its way. Without that tiny bit or fear or discomfort you know that you are not pushing yourself and you are merely going through the motions of life. This is where getting out of your own way comes in. You will try to push back against that bad feeling instead of letting yourself experience it.
You will claim that you are just too tired, or its not really that important anyway and any number of additional excuses, just so that you do not have to go through the discomfort of a new habit. Stop fighting the new habit and just let it happen. Give yourself a command and follow it. Change one habit at a time and then pick another. No one thinks you have to be perfect but you. If you let go of perfection it makes life so much easier.
