Attracting Your Million Dollar Idea

by Dick Ingersoll

Everyone on this Earth has something valuable to offer another person. Everyone of us is capable of being very prosperous and contented. But nevertheless, so many of us struggle day after day. We’re caught in a cruel rat-race, and often we can barely come up for breath. Yet, to each of us, there’s hope. Applying the Law of Attraction, I want to teach you how to pull to yourself your Million Dollar Idea.

We all are here for a reason. We all have something that we alone can offer. To figure out our purpose is to discover that which both makes us happy and makes us wealthy. We were not meant to fear, hurt, or suffer. However, we all have been culpable of questioning ourselves, and we must learn to move through this. These are very basic things that you must realize before you’ll be able to even begin to reveal your million dollar idea. If you find it, but question yourself and do not follow up on it, you might not find it again for years.

You may want to create a list of things you know. You can list things that you have unique knowledge in. You could try to narrow the list down into something you think is valuable in the market place. There are hundreds of books for that tactic. What I want to reveal to you today is a tactic that is far easier, but you must be willing to put in the effort and specifically to remain very mindful for the answer.

Find a time when you have half an hour to yourself. Find a comfortable, private place that is quiet and relaxing. Sit (or lie) or get comfortable in any way you want. Listen very attentively to the sounds about you. If the room is silent, listen to the silence. Become mindful of your breathing. Count thirty breaths (in-out one, in-out two). When you have completed this your body and mind will be very relaxedat ease and in the perfect state to proceed.

Close your eyes and repeat out loud, “I intend my million dollar idea to present itself to me now. My million dollar idea is here and now and I will that it show itself.” Now listen to the silence, centering on what you just said. Every few seconds when you begin to experience your mind meandering, repeat the procedure - say it aloud again, then listen and experience the power of your words as they echo through your being. Continue this for as long as you are able, then become aware of your breathing for ten breaths. Then you can get up and go about your life.

Now you’ve put out an emotional desire for your million dollar idea to present itself to you. I won’t go into it, but the world you perceive around you is actually within you - everything in your external world is merely a representation of something internal. So what you need to do now is to stay cognizant of what you’re doing throughout the day. When you’re talking to someone, listen very deeply to what they are saying. If you stumble across a book, a magazine, or a proposal of some sort, pay extra attention to it.

What will happen is that something in your external life will happen that will present the million dollar idea to you. Does your friend have a problem that you happen to have an answer to? Is that solution potentially your million dollar idea? Do you hear someone talking about something they wish they had, but nobody has created it? Do you hear anyone grumbling about a lack of something that maybe you could supply?

The funny thing is, occasionally your million dollar idea won’t sound like a million dollar idea to you initially. As your day goes by (and the following day), write down everything you believe might be a suggestion. Dreams are particularly significant. What you’ll begin to find is a blueprint based around one definite idea, one certain need, that others have. You will begin to recognize it time and time again. This is the process of your idea presenting itself to you. Once you are certain you have it, then begin to develop it, and keep faith in yourself.

The ease of this exercise is deceiving. The universe, our external reality, is perpetually transmitting to us on a personal level, because our external reality is in fact only a manifestation of our internal. The technique of giving an intent and question and then really paying attention to personal messages coming out of the world around you will help you open up to the process of life.

You see, the best million dollar ideas are not things that you think are fashionable or inspiring. They are things that others need - things that benefit others! That’s quite often the simple rule that we neglect in life.

The best moment is when you become aware that we don’t actually have one million dollar idea. We have a limitless number of them at our fingertips! All we need to do is expect and listen. May your life be enriched and your aspirations come true!

Walking Meditation - Good for the Body, Good for the Soul

by Barbara Williamson

Everyone knows the value of walking. It helps your heart, your circulation and your tummy (a great calorie burner)

But here is something else for you to think about: why not use your walking as a time for meditation?. Most people start walking because it’s an excellent form of exercise, injuries are rarely experienced and there is no learning involved. Easy, easy, easy.

No expensive equipment necessary (great for your pocketbook). You just start walking and you are instantly on the road to better health. If you combine this with meditation, or mindful walking, you will find your gains to be priceless.

So what is walking meditation, or mindful walking? It is when you deliberately focus on your every step. You don’t have to increase your speed, in fact, you might begin by walking slower so you can get the hang of mindful walking.

When you focus on your walking, focus on how it feels as you raise your foot then place it back down, one step at a time. The practice of mindful walking has its roots in Buddhism, in particular the art of Ayatana. Christianity also has its version of walking meditation: walking the labyrinth.

Using walking as meditation helps you stay focused on the here and now. As you become more skilled at this practice, you will find yourself better able to let go of your worries and stress.

Many forms of meditation have the individual sitting with eyes shut, focusing their attention away from the outside. With mindful walking, the eyes are open wide, taking in the outside environment. This gives the walker an opportunity to detatch from the head noisy; a very valuable experience, especially for westerners.

Here are some general instructions for walking meditation:

* Walk in an area that you are familiar and comfortable with.

* Attempt to walk for a 20 minute time period. If you find that is too long for you, then you may want to begin with a 5 minute period and work your way up to 20 minutes.

* Start your walking in a relaxed but not a slouched posture.

* Concentrate on how your feet feel.

* Let your arms relax, down by your side.

* Gently focus about three to six feet in front of you as you walk.

In conclusion, mindful walking is a practice that is easy to implement into your daily exercise regiment. Not only will you be helping your body out, but you will be taking your exercise program up a notch by improving your mind and spirit.

Happy walking.

Honey I Shrunk My Wrinkles

Ingredients:

1 tbl spoon honey

1 tblsp olive oil

1 tbl spoon of olive oil

Mix the ingredients together until blended. You’ll be applying this mask in 3 layers. Apply the first layer and let it dry. Next, apply the 2nd layer, let dry, and apply the 3rd layer. Once the third layer is applied, wait 20 mins and rinse off with warm water. Apply mask once a week for about one and a half months. Repeat after 3 months - just like with Botoxonly you will not be injecting toxic fluids into your body;).

…our next anti aging wrinkle cream comrade is:

I Yeast To Look Old, But Now I Don’t!

This yeast-based mask is awesome for boosting blood circulation. It also helps with face flabbiness (sagging face), reduces wrinkles and cleans your pores.

You’ll need:

1/2 oz fresh yeast

2 tbsp olive or jojoba oil (for dry skin)

2 tbsp yogurt (for oily skin)

2 tbsp warm milk (for normal skin)

Apply in 3 layers, as with the Honey Mask. Leave on for about 20 minutes after applying last layer, then rinse off. Use once to twice per week until you have done twenty treatments. Repeat after 3 months.

Now back to finding that anti aging wrinkle cream that does what it’s supposed to. The masks are truly great, but you are going to need a good anti aging wrinkle cream to apply morning and night to keep that young complexion consistent.
